When is the 2017 Triangle Parade of Homes?

This year, the tour will run three weekends, September 30 and October 1, October 6 – 8, and October 13 – 15. The event begins every weekend at 12pm and wraps up at 5pm.

What is the Annual Triangle Parade of Homes?

Simply put, it’s a showcase of the best new homes on the market in the Triangle. These homes feature the latest designs, stunning new luxury kitchen in a triangle parade of homes houseamenities, and construction from various home builders throughout the area. They’re a collection of the finest features and newest selections that the Triangle has to offer. And for guests and visitors, it’s a FREE self-guided tour. You’re welcome to visit any that you choose.

What Sort of Homes Will Be Featured?

You may think the Parade would only offer a selection of high-priced luxury homes, but in fact, it features homes in every price range. Other Details of the Parade

The Parade of Homes is a free self-guided tour open to the public. But it’s also a competition that including a final judging of all the homes. On September 30, judges visit all the homes to determine their favorites and announce the cream of the crop in every price bracket—from affordable to multi-million-dollar.
